    • Kerry studied Fine Arts at York University where she received her BFA with honours​

    • She specializes in Painting, Drawing, and Historical techniques

    • Kerry encourages student's to take chances, try something different, make mistakes, get messy, and above all have fun!

How it works

  • Lesson are offered by the semester (Fall, Winter & Spring)

  • Classes are grouped by Age 

    • Beginners (Ages: 8 - 11)​  |  Intermediate (Ages: 12 - 15)  |  Advanced (Ages: 16 - 17)

  • All classes will explore Painting, Drawing & Mixed Media

    • Lessons will be catered to each age group & skill level

  • Register Online or at the Studio

Beginner | Ages 8 - 11

Our Beginner lessons introduce students to a wide variety of mediums including; pencil, charcoal, pastel, water-colour, acrylic, mixed media, collage, clay, and more. Students are encouraged to try new things and learn to problem solve. Lessons revolve around the elements and principles of design, providing students with a strong foundation of art fundamentals.

Intermediate | Ages 12 - 15

Intermediate lessons will focus on painting & drawing techniques including; sketching regularly with pencil and charcoal, gestural drawings, working from still life, and photographic references. Lessons revolve around influential Artists and Art Periods allowing students a better understanding of the history of art.

Advanced | Ages 16-17

Advanced lessons help students in the next step of their academic journey by creating professional portfolio pieces. Projects will be geared to individual needs and will include;

Still Life, Landscapes, Self-Portraits, Gesture Drawings, and learning to give and take critique.
